All purchase are shipped via Australian Post.

Postage Charge

Standard handing and delivery fee $13.80 applies to all orders under $99.00 Australia wide.  Free delivery on orders over $99.00 (except for goods that require special delivery).

Dispatching

Your purchase will be dispatch within 2 business days upon receipt of full payment.  

Allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery Australia wide.

Allow 7 to 10 business days for WA Country, Far North QLD and most of NT outside of Alice Spring and Darwin. 

If your purchase does not arrive after this period, please Contact Us immediately.

Please note that we are unable to deliver to a PO Box address.  Therefore we require a resisdential address.

Return

We exchange or give credit notes with original receipt and customer pay all the postage fee.  Goods must be return

within 7 days of receipt.  Goods must not have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer.  Goods must

have swing tags attached.
